I Dream of Paris

Wanna know where I'd like to visit? Paris, France. I would love to check out street markets and see stores devoted entirely for cheese. It would be wonderful. See the top of the Eiffel Tower, The Louvre. Arc de Triomphe, bookstores, eat at a cafe. I want to go to Paris. It would be my dream. Soon enough it'll happen. I will become a Paris girl. Just give it time, give it time.

Procrastination and Making Any Improvement in Acutally Having a Typed Book

I love writing with the classic pen and notebook. The problem? When you have to type it to e-mail it to your friends and post it on Inkpop. (For any non-inkies, that's a website to post writing. The people there are awesome.) I love the story, it's just I'm also writing the sequel, Don't Tell Me That It's Over. Most likely? I'll have a significant amount typed by 3 'o clock in the morning. Not done, but some typed.
Now, a funny video to occupy your time that someone posted on Facebook:

It's so true for me. Especially when I write. Don't you EVER interrupt me when I'm writing a book. Something bad will occur. Now back to Ink-er, typing!

Summertime

It seems like forever since I've updated this thing. :) Well, today's topic would be the book I am currently reading: Dandelion Wine by Ray Bradbury. It's pretty much a description of the events in the summer of 1926. I'm obsessed. Ray Bradbury's description are just beautiful and I feel in love with the story and the memories it brings back of my own summers back when I was a little kid.
For example, we used to have this grape vine. It was so wonderful and beautiful to 8-year-old me that I would pick grapes and squeeze the juice into the glass, add sugar, and attempt to make grape-ade. Naturally it failed. Ah, life as a young one.
Really, summer is a beautiful season. I love the warmth and just the overwhelming sense of freedom. The green in the trees, the fireworks on Fourth of July, everything. Anything could happen. The sunshine lets you have fun with friends, family, etc. Winter just seems so blah after Christmas. Only a few more months!
